FinFlo Agent Guide

How Withdraw Works

Prerequisites

🚨 Enrollment Fee Required:

Before you can withdraw funds or use any FinFlo agent features, you must pay a one-time enrollment fee of UGX 35,000.

  • This fee activates your agent account
  • You'll be prompted to pay when you first log in
  • Payment is made via Mobile Money
  • Once paid, all agent features become available

You cannot withdraw funds or perform any transactions until the enrollment fee is paid.

Overview

As a FinFlo agent, you can withdraw money from your account to your Mobile Money or Bank Account. This guide explains how to withdraw funds, the different balance types available, and withdrawal limits.

💡 Note: You can only withdraw funds after your enrollment fee has been paid and your account is activated. You also need to have sufficient balance (earnings or capital) to withdraw.

Understanding Your Balances

As an agent, you have two types of balances you can withdraw from:

💰 Capital Balance

Source: From Cash In transactions

This is your float balance (working capital) that you use for customer transactions. You can withdraw this if you have excess capital.

📈 Earnings Balance

Source: From commissions earned

This is the money you've earned from commissions on customer transactions. This is your profit that you can withdraw.

💡 Which Balance Should You Withdraw?
  • Capital Balance: Use when you have excess float that you don't need for operations
  • Earnings Balance: Use to withdraw your commission earnings (recommended for regular withdrawals)

Withdrawal Limits

⚠️ Withdrawal Limits:
  • Minimum per withdrawal: UGX 20,000
  • Maximum per withdrawal: UGX 5,000,000
  • Daily limit: UGX 10,000,000
  • Daily limit resets: At midnight (00:00)
📊 Daily Limit Tracking:

The app shows you how much you've withdrawn today and how much remains. You cannot withdraw more than the daily limit in a 24-hour period.
