How Withdraw Works
Before you can withdraw funds or use any FinFlo agent features, you must pay a one-time enrollment fee of UGX 35,000.
You cannot withdraw funds or perform any transactions until the enrollment fee is paid.
As a FinFlo agent, you can withdraw money from your account to your Mobile Money or Bank Account. This guide explains how to withdraw funds, the different balance types available, and withdrawal limits.
As an agent, you have two types of balances you can withdraw from:
Source: From Cash In transactions
This is your float balance (working capital) that you use for customer transactions. You can withdraw this if you have excess capital.
Source: From commissions earned
This is the money you've earned from commissions on customer transactions. This is your profit that you can withdraw.
The app shows you how much you've withdrawn today and how much remains. You cannot withdraw more than the daily limit in a 24-hour period.
Before you can withdraw, you need to add at least one withdrawal account. Go to Manage Accounts or Withdrawal Accounts.

You can set one account as your default withdrawal account for faster transactions.
Navigate to Withdraw or Withdraw Funds from your dashboard.
Choose which balance you want to withdraw from:
Choose the account you want to withdraw to. If you haven't added any accounts, you'll need to add one first.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw. The system will:

Withdrawal fees vary by method (Mobile Money vs Bank Transfer). The fee is deducted from your selected balance along with the withdrawal amount.
Review all details carefully, then:
Choose your mobile money account from the dropdown.
Enter the amount, review the fee, enter your PIN, and confirm. The money will be sent to your mobile money account.
Choose your bank account from the dropdown.
The system will validate your bank account details. This may take a few moments.
Once validated, you'll see the verified account name. Review this to ensure it's correct.
Enter your PIN and confirm the transfer. The money will be sent to your bank account.
Fees are deducted from your selected balance. Make sure you have enough balance to cover both the withdrawal amount and the fee.
