Choose the User, Agent, Merchant, or Exchange app from the download page.
2. Create your account
Register with accurate details. You may need to verify your email or phone number depending on the app and your administrator’s settings.
3. Complete verification
Some features require identity or business verification (KYC). Follow the in-app prompts and upload any requested documents securely.
4. Fund and use
Add money through supported channels—mobile money, bank, or other options shown in your app. Then pay bills, send money, trade where allowed, or run your business flows.
